PLEASE NOTE - CLEARANCES WILL ONLY BE HANDLED ON FRIDAYS AND MAY TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS TO PROCESS.

Volunteer Clearance Information and Application Procedures

​

  • Please complete all of the necessary safe environment paperwork. Follow steps #1 - 10 below. Please note that #11 & #12 are only necessary if applicable.

​​

  • Diocesean compliance guidelines state that clearances should be submitted before the start of employment or volunteer service.

​

  • To effectively serve our volunteers, we ask that all safe environment paperwork is completed IN ITS ENTIRETY before it is submitted to our office.

​

  • PLEASE NOTE - clearances will only be processed on Fridays and may take up to 2 weeks to process.

FBI Fingerprinting

Schedule your appointment to be fingerprinted by going to https://uenroll.identogo.com. You will be asked for a service code:

ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL BE FINGERPRINTED THRU THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES.

 

ALL VOLUNTEERS USE SERVICE CODE:   1KG6ZJ thru the Dept. of Human Services (DHS).

 

*Kindly take note that the abbreviation "ST" should not be used. Instead, the word "Saint" must be spelled out in full when asked for Employee/Volunteer information.

 

The results will be emailed to you. DO NOT OPEN THE RESULTS ON A CELL PHONE. Results are limited to a ONE TIME ACCESS ONLY open results when you are able to print.

P.A. State Police Criminal Record Check 

Free and online. The time to complete the form is approximately 5-10 minutes, and the results may be received

P.A. Child Abuse History Check

Free and online. The time to complete the form is approximately 15 minutes. The results typically are received in 2-7 days. Please be as detailed as possible. Failure to do so may delay the results.

Mandated Reporter Training

Free and online. This training takes 3 hours to complete and can be done in segments and on different days by simply saving your progress.

Protecting God's Children Workshop

 VIRTUS Protecting God's Children Directions -Follow the directions on the PDF to create your account and complete clearance.
