New Hire Checklist
We are excited to have you as part of the team!
The following items are needed in order for you to be placed on payroll. You will begin by completing any of the clearances on our Safe Environment page that you have not yet submitted and then
return to this page to complete numbers 1-16 below.

Once you have everything, please return all of your paperwork to Rose Hayward.

After you have completed all of the necessary Safe Environment paperwork, please follow steps #1 - 16 below. Please note that #15 and 16 are only necessary if applicable.

Diocesan compliance guidelines state that clearances needs to be submitted before the start of employment.
