Divine Mercy Cenacle

OUR MISSION

‘To save souls by growing in our faith and our understanding of the Divine Mercy Message and then sharing this message with a hurting world through our spiritual and corporal works of mercy”

Mercy is Love that seeks to lessen the misery of others

WHO WE ARE

We are a small faith-sharing group that meets on Wednesday mornings at 9:15 am in the Parish Center rooms 3/4.  We study St. Faustina’s writings on Divine Mercy and other aspects of our faith including the Eucharist and Mary.  Each November we devote time to the Holy Souls in Purgatory.

WORKS OF MERCY

We try to live out what we learn by performing both spiritual and corporal works of Mercy as individuals and as a group.

SPIRITUAL WORKS OF MERCY

-Members are encouraged to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy daily

-We pray for the sick, the dying and the Holy Souls in purgatory

-We lead the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3 o’clock, the Hour of Great Mercy, in the Adoration Chapel

-We pray at the abortion clinic during the 40 Days for Life

CORPORAL WORKS OF MERCY

-We maintain the food pantry and make food boxes for parishioners in need

-We have a card ministry

-We help with other parishioners’ needs when we are able

Everyone is welcome to join us for our meetings and/or to help with our spiritual and corporal works of mercy.

Come and learn about God’s amazing love and mercy and prepare for the Year of Mercy!
